For Owners of Salons, Spas, and Med-Spas

Keep the lore. Grow the business.

When someone leaves your salon, the client list shouldn't leave with them. ClientLore is the business phone that remembers every client: calls, texts, recordings, and a summary of every conversation on the one number your clients already call.

Data Protection

Your client lore can't walk out the door. Your team calls and texts clients freely without ever seeing a phone number, so when someone leaves, every relationship stays with your business.

Client Quality

Know your 20%. Every call is recorded, transcribed, and summarized by AI, so you see in real time which clients drive 80% of your revenue.

Visibility

Know whose story is being told on your phone. Every call and text across the company in one inbox, attributed to the person who handled it.

Your booking system knows everything about your clients. Your phone knows nothing.

Phone systems treat every caller like a stranger.

ClientLore answers with their story — name, last visit, next appointment — on screen before you say hello.

Calls and texts end up scattered across the front desk and personal cells.

ClientLore keeps every conversation on the business's own number, in one shared history any receptionist can pick up.

Switching phone systems is usually your problem.

With ClientLore, we move your number, your texting, and your Meevo connection for you — and billing doesn't start until you're live.

Built for team-based salons, spas, and med-spas. If you employ a front desk, ClientLore is for you.

Common questions

Does ClientLore replace Meevo? +

No — ClientLore works alongside your booking system, not instead of it. It syncs your client records from Meevo and becomes the communication layer on top: when a client calls or texts, their Meevo profile, last visit, and next appointment are right there.

Meevo already has a texting add-on. Why ClientLore? +

We ran that add-on at our own salon. It puts texts on your main number, but your calls still live in a separate phone system with no client context and no shared history — text a client, and the next phone call knows nothing about it. ClientLore puts calls and texts in one conversation per client, on one number, with Meevo context on every ring.

Do I keep my phone number? +

Yes. We port your existing number in when you join — we handle the carrier paperwork and the texting-service release for you — and you can port it out if you ever cancel.

What happens when a team member leaves? +

Nothing walks out the door. Your team calls and texts clients without ever seeing a phone number or email address, and every conversation belongs to the business — so when someone leaves, every client relationship stays with you.

What equipment do I need to buy? +

None. No desk phones, no wiring. ClientLore runs on the Macs, Windows PCs, and phones your team already owns.

How long does it take to get started? +

The slow parts are the number port and Meevo API enablement — we run both for you, in parallel, while you import clients and set up your team. You get a guided kickoff call, and your monthly subscription doesn't start until you're live.

Is call recording allowed? +

Recording is off by default and only you can turn it on. Recording-consent laws (like California's all-party consent) apply to your calls, so you stay in control of whether and how it's used.

We're a med-spa — can we use ClientLore? +

Yes, for front-desk communication: scheduling, confirmations, and client conversations. ClientLore is not designed for protected health information and we don't sign BAAs — clinical records stay in your medical systems.

How much does it cost? +

Pricing is public — a one-time setup fee plus a flat monthly rate per location, with plans by usage. No quotes to request, no sales calls required to see a number.
